This is the long-term vision for the borough, as set out in the Sustainable Community Strategy - One Warrington: One Future.  Developed with and shared by all partners, this vision is simple, ambitious and lies at the heart of the regeneration framework for Warrington.

The framework envisages a renaissance of the town centre, new urban villages, a revitalised waterfront and more opportunities for disadvantaged communities. It contains ten programmes and is built around overarching principles such as reducing the impact of climate change, quality in design, equal opportunity, neighbourhood safety, community engagement, partnership working and sustainability.

Warrington & Co is Warrington's urban regeneration partnership. Bringing together all the key agencies involved in regeneration in the town, co-ordinating their activity and helping to steer the regeneration framework.
